Marbeth Young-South, age 86 of Hemet entered into eternal life on July 26th, 2014. She was born in Long Beach, CA on May 9, 1928 to parents Fred & Margaret Campbell.
She was married to Bill Young for 39 years and they had two children, William and Betsy. Together they enjoyed camping and traveling and were long time residents of Los Alamitos, CA. Beth later married Harry South and they spent 11 years fishing and traveling together. Both preceded her in passing.
Beth was a past President of the Valley Quilters Guild and made many quilts for family and friends. Beth loved sewing, gardening, bowling and throwing parties for her many friends. She was proud of her 30 years of work for General Telephone Co. and Darlyn Designs.
She is survived by her son William Young of Corvallis, OR, her daughter Betsy Young of Cathedral City, CA, her brother Glen Campbell of Ohio and four grandchildren: Elizabeth, Sarah, Richard & David.
Memorial Service to be held at Hemet Valley Mortuary, Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 2PM. Viewing before from 12-2PM, and Celebration of Life to follow on premises. Donations to Ramona VNA Hospice in lieu of flowers.
