Daniel Robert Jentes was born on October 9, 1972 in Marshalltown, Iowa.  When he moved to Hemet with his family, he attended Ramona Elementary, Baptist Cristian School and graduated from Hemet High School in 1991.  He joined the US Navy August 1991 until July 1995 and then graduated with ITT Technical Institute with Computer-Aided Drafting Technology on March 1997.  From 1997-2009, he worked at Flo-Serve in Temecula.  Since then he had a variety of jobs.  He has been faithful as an usher and helped with communion at Cornerstone Church. 

He died very unexpectedly at his father’s home on June 23, 2017. 

Surviving family members are his father, Donald R. Jentes, his sister, Sharon (Jentes) Haas, Efren Haas (brother in law), and nephew and nieces: Evan, Sydney, and Madison of San Dimas, California.
