Leon Blair Fraser passed away, joining his heavenly father December 23, 2016 at the young age of 80 years old.  Leon was born January 25, 1936 to Carrie Luther and Frank Fraser in Corning, New York.  He was married to Carol Fraser and lived the past 15 years in the Hemet & San Jacinto Communities.  Leon survived a stroke, yet, later passed away peacefully at Loma Linda University Medical Center.

Leon spent the last 50 years of his life devoted to and serving God as an Ordained Minister.  He retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service, which included tours to the Philippines, Thailand, and Japan.  Leon proudly participated in the American Legion and was a devoted attendee & elder of San Jacinto Assembly of God.

Leon is survived by his loving wife, Carol Fraser of Hemet, CA, his sons Chris and Charles Fraser, daughter Cindy Fraser.  Leon is fondly remembered by his stepchildren Dolf, Robert and Renee TenBruggencate, as well as his siblings Daniel, Herbert, Frank, Louis, Patricia & Ernest Fraser.
