Linda Mae (Halte) Munden was born on June 20, 1943.  She was the second of five children born and raised in Whittier, California by Homer and LaMonia Halte who originally were from Nebraska.  Linda attended St. Mary’s Catholic School and Whittier High School, Graduating from both.   She went onto raise 4 children and helped with 2 step-children. Singing was her joy, she sang with the Miracle Singers for 15 years. She was a Musician at Our Lady of the Valley for 30 years, as well as Holy Spirit and St. Anthony’s Catholic Churches.   Linda taught piano and sang with the Inland Chamber Chorale for 20 years.  She loved God, her Savior. 

On April 27, 2017 in Riverside, California, Linda passed away.  She is survived by the love of her life, her husband, Kenneth Munden; children, Jennifer, Kristi, Cynthia, Sunni Jo, Theresa and Patrick; fifteen grandchildren, Duane, Gidget , Shane, Dezeree, Tabitha, Anthony, Mathew, Maria, Kyrstien, Heather, Ravin, Kristen, Nichole, Joshua and Madison; nineteen great-grandchildren, Michael, Dillon, Cadon, Aurora, Cali, Aiden, Brooklyn, Charlie, Brodyn, Adalynn, Dustin, Elizabetha, Christian, Sean, Anne, Josephine, Oliver, Lily and Launa;  pets, Chloe and Bitsy.  She loved her family and friends, music of all kinds, reading, camping, and traveling in the trailer, watching movies, spending time with people and indulging in good food and beverages.  

Life was something she took joy in even in hard time.

Linda will forever be loved and never forgotten.
