Darlene E. Berlin

Darlene Berlin was born August 8, 1932 to George and Elizabeth Myers in Asher, Oklahoma.  She took the Lord’s hand and passed into Eternal Life on April 4, 2018 in Hemet, California.  She was the loving, faithful wife of Douglas Berlin.   They married in 1948 and that union continued until Doug passed in 2007.  She was the only daughter in a family of boys.  She is survived by her brother, Dwayne Myers and his wife, Joyce.  She was predeceased by her brothers, Skeeter, Emmett and J.C. 

Darlene was the loving mom of eight children.  She is survived by her oldest son, Michael Berlin and oldest daughter, Patti Goodrich and her husband, Mike.  She is also survived by sons, Dan Berlin and Robert  Berlin as well as daughters, Tammy Berlin and Kathy Halverson; daughters-in-laws Rosalie  Berlin and Leanne Berlin as well as much loved and cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by sons, Steve and Dougie. 

Darlene was a sweet Christian lady that never hesitated to help others.  She belonged to Parkway Baptist Church and loved the Lord, her Pastor and church family.  She enjoyed baking, crafts and vacations with her family. She and Doug belonged to the American Motorcycle Association.  Mom loved hopping on the back of Dad’s Ariel and going on rides with their club!  She led a full life and will be so missed by all.
