Enrique H Olivas was born in Chihuahua, Mexico on March 20, 1957 to Enrique and Martha Olivas. He was raised in San Jacinto Ca. with his siblings Amalia Gomez, Hermelinda McMillen, Joe Olivas, Martha Lopez, Luz Moreno, Mario Olivas and Robert Olivas.
As a child and adolescent, Enrique was always calm, cool and collected. Which in high school served him well to excel at the game of basketball for San Jacinto High School. He was known as charismatic and fun loving and oh did he love his Chevy Impala.
At the age of 22 he began his career as a Tech 2 in field communications for GTE, Verizon and Frontier. Then in 2005 he met Maria Marquez whom he would make his wife in 2008. When they married and started their lives together he embraced his new step-children and raised them as his own, Rebecca Sandoval, Marcial Bernal and Sara Bernal. Later came his seven grandkids, Jared, Aidan, Andrew, Emma, Marceline, Ariella and Hope.
After retiring at 62yrs old, he very much enjoyed watching Charger and Laker games, camping and barbequing on the weekends with family.
Enrique was preceded in death by his parents Enrique and Martha Olivas and younger brother, Guadalupe Olivas. He is survived by his wife, Maria Olivas and his stepchildren, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and many cousins.
