Evelyn Morine Frederick

Evelyn Morine Frederick was born to Jewell Arzella Harrison and Hollan Minton on September 29, 1926 in Cowlington, Oklahoma.  She lived in Oklahoma until her family moved to California in the early 1930’s.  Evelyn spent her early life in Calipatria California graduating from Calipatria High School in 1944. 

She moved to Riverside where she met her future husband John Frederick and they raised three children, Kathleen, John and Marilyn.  They subsequently moved to Mentone after raising their family and then on to the San Jacinto Valley.

Evelyn was an avid reader and artist.  She was a good friend to many and helped out whenever she could. She loved being with her family throughout her life.

Her faith in God carried her through many tough times.

She is preceded in death by her husband John, her son John Wesley, her sister Peggy and her son in law, Bob Paulson.  She is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Feenstra (Marvin) and Marilyn Hein, her daughter in law Jan Frederick and her sister Barbara (Ralph) Johnson.

She was the proud grandmother of Nicholas Frederick, Jacob Frederick, Matthew (Jean) Hein and Wesley (Alexis) Paulson.  The very proud great grandmother of Zeah Frederick, Riley Frederick, Olivia Hein and Cooper Hein and a new great grandson expected in December.
