K. Paul Raver

K. Paul Raver passed away at home on Sunday, February 12, 2023, due to complications from a heart attack. He was 80 years old, and he and his wife, Roxanne, were married 54 years.  Paul is a former Hemet City Councilman.  By trade he was a Public Administrator and worked under the Board of Supervisors for Orange County, California.  He was an Orange County representative on the Southcoast Air Quality Management District Board and was selected to work in Washington D.C. on the President’s Clearing House for Energy.  He served his country in the US Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller in Berlin and Bermuda.  He studied geology, history, and the U.S. Civil War. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, three children and seven grandchildren.  Paul will be interred at the Riverside National Cemetery and his service will be for immediate family only.
