Michael Joseph Schlosser born March 19, 1944 in Newnan Georgia, passed away May 31, 2018 at the age of 74, in Hemet California. He retired from Eastern Municipal Water District after 30 years. He loved trucks, tractors, travel, and time with family. He volunteered at the Estudillo Mansion in San Jacinto where his latest passion was the restoration of the barn on the grounds. In 2012 he found and was welcomed into both sides of his birth family. He enjoyed attending his annual family reunion in Georgia for the last 6 years. He was preceded in death by his son Michael Christopher Schlosser, adoptive parents Lloyd and Mae Schlosser, biological mother Sarah Jackson Gosdin, biological father Wesley Hall, father-in-law and mother-in-law Clifford and Juanita Rose, brother Thomas Gosdin, and brother-in-law Leo Rose. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Rebecca, daughter Kathryn (James) Romeril, grandchildren Andrew (Manel) Romeril, Brennan (Joe Diaz) Romeril, Chelcey (Dean DeSana) Romeril, great granddaughter Sofia Romeril, sisters Donna (Eddie) Cook, Linda Payne, Sylvia Pelletier, Wanda (Bill) Torrence, sisters-in-law Elaine Rose and Janice Gosdin, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Eldean and Betty Rose, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
