Our beloved Nancy died suddenly on March 31, 2021. She was born in Brawley, CA to James and Virginia Parker.  She was a devoted and loving mother to Robbie and Danny Davis. She is survived by her husband Robert Chadd, grandchildren Jacob and Courtney Davis.  Dearest sister to Joan Valliere, Carol Milosch, Mary Parker-Kokalis and brother James R. Parker. Nephews Madison Parker, Jeremy Lewis, Josh Larson, Michael Menear, Benjamin Milosch nieces Michelle Huffman, Kassandra Kokalis, and Eliana Kokalis.
Nancy was preceded in death by parents James and Virginia Parker, sister Pamela Parker Lewis and niece Janet Milosch.
Nancy worked at Imperial Valley Cycles, while there she earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from San Diego State University at Calexico. Upon graduation she went to work for the City of Brawley for the library program LAMBS, a mobile bus library for children in need, she loved working with children.  Nancy volunteered for many organizations including the CAP Council in El Centro, CA. where she taught parenting classes, hosted foreign exchange students and after surviving breast cancer she volunteered for Relay for Life. When she retired she moved to Hemet, California where she volunteered at the Hemet water district museum.
Nancy struggled with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) for many years but she never let it slow her down.  She loved traveling and meeting with her sisters in Florida, North Carolina and New Jersey. She enjoyed going to casinos and listening to country western music.  She was a best friend to many, always willing to help, she especially loved her four fur babies, Sissie, Bambi, Tucker and Willy.
 Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Relay for Life, or American Lung Association.
