Phillip (Phil) Ray Allen

Phil was born on September 29, 1945 in Albuquerque, NM. Unexpectedly, Phil suffered from a massive heart attack that took him home to be with the Lord on March 20, 2020 in Hemet, CA. Phil was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and grandfather. Phil served in the navy for approximately 4 years as an electronic technician. He was honorably discharged. Before he served in the Navy he was a hairstylist. Work history after the Navy included working as a store manager for grocery and convenient stores, school service assistant for San Jacinto Unified School District, and administrator for San Jacinto United Methodist Church. His most prized job title was being a Godly family man. He was married to his lovely wife, Sue for 50 years. They had two children. The oldest is his daughter, Debra Ray (Robert) and his son, Donald Allen (Holly). He loved his family so dearly that in his retirement it allowed for him to spend more time with them. He also got to dive more into his hobbies new and old ones. He loved cooking, gardening, fixing things, and sports. He was a huge Lakers fan. He also took great pride in being a servant for the Lord. He showed his servant's heart in in working the church's pantry, tech team, committees and wherever he was needed. He always made sure that people saw the love of Jesus in him. He loved and blessed his family and friends so well that he is going to be greatly missed.

Phil is preceded in death by his father and mother, Donald and Evelyn Allen, and sister, Donna Hollandsworth.

He leaves behind his wife, Sue of 50 years. His daughter, Debra Ray (Robert), his son, Donald Allen (Holly). His grandchildren, Kacie Kolb, Jordan Ray(Anastasiia), Katelyn Manzella(Eli), Joseph Allen and Violet Allen.
