Shawn Leo Church

Shawn Leo Church, California native was born on October 3, 1964 to Arthur Church and Leola Church.  He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. 

For over 30 years Shawn worked as a Computer Programmer.  His pastimes included, watching law/police related T.V. shows, reading  and dabbling on computers.

On May 26, 2019 in Loma Linda, California, Shawn passed away.  He will forever be cherished by his loving family, loving wife of 34 years, Dawn Church; beloved children, Sondra Thorsen, Ramsey Church, Amber Church and Daniel Church; grandchildren, Anthony Thorsen, Cameron Thorsen, Brandon Thorsen and Leola Church; sister, Jennifer Church as well as other family members and dear friends.

Afterglow

I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one. I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun; Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
