On January 13, 2024 my husband and Dad to our only daughter Kat passed away. We sincerely appreciate working with Archer Harmon, we found Archer so very easy to talk to whilst being friendly and sympathetic to our situation. He listened to our stories attentively to what we had to say about Ken and all the conversations we had with him were very comforting. He helped us make the best decisions for Ken and recommended the best people who we could work with us to fulfill Ken’s wishes to have his ashes scattered at sea.

The entire time, Archer ensured that we had his contact details and assured us that we could reach out to him at anytime if we wished to discuss anything further.

I called and emailed Archer multiple times for various reasons and he was extremely patient each time. Words cannot express how grateful we are for Archer. His knowledge, suggestions and attention to detail and most of all his kindness in the process gave us comfort that we needed during such a difficult time.

I can't say enough about Stephanie and her colleagues at Hemet Valley Mortuary. After my father passed away they really took care of us. Everyone we worked with was incredibly accommodating and compassionate. Stephanie was extremely professional and knowledgeable and helped us handle every little detail. Additionally, she was patient and always responded promptly whenever we had questions throughout the process. I highly recommend Hemet Valley Mortuary. My family and I are so grateful to their whole team for the way they assisted us during such a difficult time.

My son passed away in Sept 2023. Never could I imagine having to contact a mortuary for my child. The most gut wrenching situation for a parent. A quick online search showed Hemet Valley Mortuary. Archer is absolutely amazing! Words do not do justice to say how much we appreciate him! He took the time to answer all my questions when I initially called, and set up a time to meet in person for all the details. We could feel the care and concern he had to help us feel at ease. He was in continuous contact to keep us informed. He asked us if we were interested in various things that we would have never thought of, but have intense meaning! He went above and beyond for the viewing. In our greatest time of need, we received the closure we needed! We are grateful to all those behind the scenes as well. My dad Ruben Hidalgo passed away March 28th 2023. Archer the director from the the funeral home was very kind and also very knowledgeable. We weren't only just bearing my father but also my aunt Michelle and my Uncle Tito at the same time for cremation. Richard, the assistant was just as helpful and kind. I would recommend anybody to go there.

Losing a loved one is always hard, especially when it is unexpected! In January I lost my grandfather without notice and lucky for me I came across Archer & his team at Hemet Valley Mortuary ! From start to finish they were beyond helpful, they were able to help with every detail from obituaries, music for the service, dates & times for services all the way down to the pastor selection. They have been a blessing to our family and worked with our budget as much as possible as the death was unexpected. The team was so efficient, caring and patient ! My grandfather looked amazing after almost a month in their care, his skin tone was matched perfectly and he looked so peaceful & so much like himself. The area we had his service in was spacious clean and plenty of seating. Archer & his team walked me through this difficult process step by step & were more than amazing to myself & my family. Hemet Valley Mortuary served us well recently. My daughter, Cynthia Knight, was cared for there recently. I am 91 and suppose I will be next. I have seriously endeavored to get placed in Ontario where my parents are but no luck. If my time comes soon, we are in deep trouble. I have 3 urns here with me. Please contact me when you can!!!
